The appraisal system

Our staff appraisal system is the cornerstone of our human resources management policy.

The project leader completes an assignment appraisal for all team members after each assignment lasting one week or more.
Assignment appraisals are centralized by the mentor and used during your annual appraisal.

The purpose of appraisal is to:

  • Give you an opportunity for in-depth discussion with your mentor about your performance and career aspirations.
  • Determine your strengths and development goals.
  • Provide a formal framework to construct a personalized career development plan.
